The Aggies Neighborhood Yard Sale is back for its 4th year, and we would love to make this the biggest one yet.

Last year, over 40 homes participated, and this year we are once again inviting neighbors to clean out their garages, basements, closets, sheds, and attics for a fun community yard sale right from their own driveway.

Date: Saturday, June 6th
Time: 8:00 AM to Noon
Rain Date: Saturday, June 13th, 8:00 AM to Noon
Location: Your own driveway at home
Cost: Free to participate

This is a neighborhood-wide yard sale, which means each participating home will set up their own yard sale at their own property. A neighborhood yard sale map will be created so shoppers can easily find participating homes throughout the Aggies area.

Signing up in advance also helps us make sure you receive your Yard Sale Kit before the event.

What Is Included in the Yard Sale Kit?

More event details will be included in the Yard Sale Kit, which will be delivered the week of the yard sale.

The kit will also include special trash bags from Jayco Disposal. After the yard sale, you can fill those bags with unwanted items and leave them at the curb on Monday morning. Jayco Disposal will pick them up during normal collection times.

There is no charge for this pickup, and you do not need to be a current Jayco Disposal customer.

How Will the Yard Sale Be Advertised?

The Aggies Neighborhood Yard Sale will be promoted in several ways to help bring shoppers into the neighborhood, including:

Local newspapers
Online advertising
Signs around town
A neighborhood yard sale map

The more homes that participate, the better the turnout tends to be. If you have been thinking about cleaning out unused items, this is a great reason to get started.

Stop by the Neighborhood Tent

There will be a tent set up near the soccer fields where shoppers and neighbors can stop by to pick up the neighborhood yard sale map.

We will also have complimentary coffee, bottled water, and tasty goodies from Bread and Roses Bakery while supplies last.

A neighborhood yard sale is a simple way to clear out items you no longer need, make a little extra money, and spend the morning connecting with neighbors.

Whether you have a few tables of items or a full garage to clean out, you are welcome to participate.
